Shipping & pickup

Parcels ship from Slovakia with Packeta, Slovenská pošta, and DPD. Delivery is offered to every EU country.

At checkout, type street, city, and postal code. We send the parcel to that address. For pickup services the carrier assigns the nearest box or office from it.

Shipping prices are shown before payment and added as a Stripe line. Transit times are estimates from the carriers, not a guaranteed date.

If a parcel returns because the pickup point was not collected, we will contact you using the email and phone from the order.

Tracking is sent by email after the parcel is handed to Packeta, Slovenská pošta, and DPD. DHL is not offered at checkout. Internal packing slips are not the carrier’s official label.
