If you bought as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to give a reason. The 14 days start the day after delivery.

Send this form before the period ends. Then ship the goods within 14 days of today. The full rules, including the statutory 24-month guarantee, are on the returns and warranty page.
